Monifieth is a small, friendly seaside town with facilities to suit everyone and plenty to see and do. Situated only fifteen minutes away from Dundee's City Centre, Monifieth is enclosed by scenic Scottish country on one side and the beautiful River Tay leading to the North Sea on the other. Within the town are family owned shops supplying all necessities as well as souvenirs, an assortment of restaurant offering both sit-in meals and take away/delivery services, locally owned public houses and a supermarket.

Grange Golf Club is one of four clubs that share the two golf courses at Monifieth Golf Links. The clubhouse is the first one you come across after passing the Panmure Hotel, situated by the practice putting green and across from the Starter's Box:

Dundee has it's own airport with regular flights from London City. Less than two hour's drive away, Glasgow and Edinburgh have international airports with regular flights from all over the world.
